  • COMMUNICATION:  During our consultation, I listen to your dreams, analyze key views from the inside out, and understand how you use your property.

  • DRAWING A PLAN:  Knowing what grows and thrives here in the Northeast, I provide sketches--to scale-- of individual garden beds and/or a Master Plan of the entire property.

  • DISCUSSING THE PLAN:  After the plans are done, we meet to go over the entire plan and show you every plant, shrub and tree that will be included.  Photos of different types of decks, terraces, arbors and pergolas, walkways will also be provided.

  • ESTIMATES PROVIDED: Once the scope of work is decided on, I contact subcontractors and provide estimates with several bids  for each part of the design
